Our founder Jim McCracken started
the organisation in 1991. We are a company limited by guarantee, our primary aim is to provide employment
support training and to alleviate poverty by helping people into jobs. We also provide low cost holiday accommodation
and other services which support individuals and community groups. We are
recognised as a charitable organisation and our registration number is SC020732.

We have purchased The
Woodville Training Centre which is a 25,000 sq ft industrial complex. The Centre is strategically
located in Ibrox within 700 yards of Ibrox underground station. We currently deliver low cost RTITB accredited Training and
Certification in Counterbalance and Reach Lift Truck operation.
In March 2009 we expanded our training
provision by opening The Broomloan Training Centre located at: 249 Woodville Street, Glasgow.
We deliver Into Work Renfrewshire programmes from this dedicated resource. The Centre is strategically located within 700
yards of Ibrox Subway and 400 yards from Paisley Road West.
In December 2009 we
expanded our training provision by purchasing and opening The St Enoch Training Centre located at:
4th Floor, 24 St Enoch Square, Glasgow. We deliver Into Work Glasgow programmes from this dedicated resource. The Centre
is strategically located within yards of St Enoch Subway station and all major bus routes.
