Our founder Jim McCracken established
the organisation in 1991. We are a company limited by guarantee, our primary aim is to provide employment
support training and to alleviate poverty by helping people into jobs. We also provide low cost holiday accommodation
and other services which support individuals and community groups. We are
recognised as a charitable organisation and our registration number is SC020732.

In the past our main skill area has been Information Technology and we have
delivered the European Computer Driving Licence and various City & Guilds accredited courses.
We have delivered programmes at locations within Glasgow including Maryhill, Shettleston and
the City Centre. Other locations have included Motherwell and Paisley.
Our success and survival
has been due to dedicated staff delivering meaningful projects and achieving results in getting our clients into jobs.
We have purchased The Woodville Training
Centre which is a 25,000 sq ft industrial complex. The Centre is strategically located in Ibrox within
700 yards of Ibrox underground station. We currently deliver RTITB accredited Training and Certification in Fork Lift operation.
We also deliver New Deal 'Into Work Glasgow' and 'Into Work Renfrewshire' contracts in association with
the Wisegroup.
