The Council of Management for SCSA Limited currently comprises of six members. They are:

Patrick Kelly: (Volunteer Director) Pat has established a Consultancy business and consults on Economic Development, Research & Evaluation. Prior to establishing the consultancy business, Pat was Business Development Manager with Gorbals Initiative and Operations Manager with GrandMet Trust. He has a wealth of experience within the training and community development sector.

Samuel Hannah: (Volunteer Director Chairman) Samuel has played a significant part in supporting our organisation since its inception. He has worked as Training Manager with British Shipbuilders Training, MI Technologies Ltd and Programmes co-ordinator with Reid Kerr College.


Joseph Woolley:
(Volunteer Director) Joe was employed with us from 1995 to 2002. During this period he successfully managed the St. Enoch Training Centre and was particulary successful in training and assessing participants working towards gaining their ECDL qualification. Prior to joining us, Joe was employed as Training Manager for British Telecom. 


Rhona Burnett:
(Company Secretary employee) Prior to joining SCSA Rhona was employed by Enable as a Project Manager. She also worked with GrandMet Trust as a Training Manager. Rhona successfully managed the St. Enoch Placement Unit, Jobplan and she was responsible for developing our Graduates into Work programme. Rhona is responsible for preparing our Company Accounts in addition to co-ordinating community group holidays at the Osprey Holiday Centre.


Jim McCracken:
(Company Manager employee & founder) Prior to joining SCSA, Jim was employed by GrandMet Trust as a Field Development Officer. He was also instrumental in setting up and managing Glasgow City Council's first community business. He has worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years. At the age of sixteen, his first community development milestone, was being elected as the youngest Community Councillor in Scotland. Jim has worked in both the UK and USA and is a graduate of Moray House College and holds a Diploma in Community Education (Youth & Community Work).
