Jim McCracken Company Manager &
Founder Since 1980 Jim has worked with the voluntary sector both in the UK & USA. He
has a wealth of experience in developing and managing community initiatives. Over the past 30 years he has
assisted many people in gaining employment and skills through the various programmes he has managed.

Company Secretary
Rhona has worked for us since 1992. Prior to joining us she was employed as a manager for organisations
including Enable, GrandMet Trust and Community Industry. She has delivered various employability programmes for us and
is now responsible for all of our accounting needs. She also co-ordinates our holiday centre.

Sam Hannah
Chairman
Our chairman has been actively involved with our organisation since it's beginnings.
He was the first person to place an employability contract with us in his previous capacity of Operations Manager with MI
Technologies Ltd. Sam continues to bring wisdom and objectivity to our organisation.
